    Hello,
    After last update the options defined in Flexible Shipping are not appearing for customers who are not logged in. For exemple, only clientes with account can see the free shipping.
    How can I fix it? Could you help?

    Hi @raqfer,

    Can you please check if you don’t have the Show only for logged in users option checked in the flexible shipping shipping method window? You can find it in the Advanced Options section. 

    If this is not the case please send me the screenshot showing your flexible shipping method settings.??

    Hi, I have the same issue, and I checked the Show only for?logged in?users haven’t be activated.

    But I am issue happened for both login and new customer. Other shipping method can display, only the Flexible Shipping cannot be shown.
