[NSFW] The order status shows as Canceled

When using a credit card to place an order, the client is unable to receive an email confirmation of the order. The order status shows as “Canceled,” but the client has made a payment through ApcoPay.
When I use a coupon, the status is “Processing,” and I also receive an email confirmation of my order.
How can I resolve the issue of the ‘canceled’ status on my order when using a credit card? We use ApcoPay as our WooCommerce payment method.
