    When using a credit card to place an order, the client is unable to receive an email confirmation of the order. The order status shows as “Canceled,” but the client has made a payment through ApcoPay.

    When I use a coupon, the status is “Processing,” and I also receive an email confirmation of my order.

    How can I resolve the issue of the ‘canceled’ status on my order when using a credit card? We use ApcoPay as our WooCommerce payment method.

    It seems like there could be an issue with the ApcoPay payment gateway integration with your WooCommerce store. When a customer places an order using a credit card through ApcoPay, the order status should normally update to “Processing” and an email confirmation should be sent out, similar to what happens when you use a coupon.

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status Report so that we can better understand your site’s current environment?

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerceStatus → select Get system report and then Download for support. This will download a TXT file that has the contents of the SSR to share with us.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerceStatusLogs.
