    So I couldn’t save my unique load order.

    I reactivated plugin, both plugin & mu-plugin is updated,
    PHP 7.0.11

    Also “Selective Plugin Loading” option won’t save as “On”

    I have not tested with php 7 yet. I can’t run my server with that version. So that may be the issue. Are you getting any php errors in your error log?
