    With over 50 nominations already in and only 8 days before the competition closes, we suggest you make a move and submit your own site, or those you have come across that you think are worthy of an award for the content alone.

    Keep up the good work. The idea to run a content competition is absolutely perfect and gets people to focus on what blogs should be about in the first place (imho).

    And no… I’m not pimping for a prize, I just think having read your latest post on your blog that you need to know most people appreciate the stuff you do over there at organic shadows. Don’t let a few rotten apples spoil the rest of it for you.

    Have I been living in a fog…this is the FIRST I’ve heard of this competition, and I think it’s absolutely brilliant.

    When did it start? Where was I? Yikes.

    Now, I’ve read through some of the criteria but I have a question. It says “blog”. Blog is a narrow field, but applicable to the original intent of WordPress, since it is “blogging software”, but have you spelled out what qualifies as a “blog” for this contest?

    Just curious. A lot of people with awesome content are beginning to use WordPress as a CMS rather than being classified as a “blog” in the true sense of the word, so I’m curious if there is a category for them.

    This is wonderful. Can we make it an annual or biannual or constant event? Content makes or breaks a site for me. I don’t care how pretty it is, if it has good content, and is easy to read, then I will be a fan!

    There are no restrictions per se Lorelle. As long as it is WordPress it is eligible.
    And sorry you have not seen it before now, but you still have time to place your nominations ??
