  • That looks like a package that may have become corrupt. If you google PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT you there are some work-a-round you can try for the built in php ZipArchive function…

    I am not able to install any plugins from www.ads-software.com.

    I get same error message
    The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Invalid archive structure

    I have tried unzipping the plugin and pushing the unzipped file up to my host using ftp but wordpress doesn’t see it.

    everything was ok before the last 4.4.2 update was rolled out.

    now I cant complete my site. nothing installs.

    does anyone have any idea what is wrong?

    Have you checked to make sure you have enough space on the server? This message may also be triggered if you don’t have enough space on the destination server. It sounds like you can unzip it successfully on your on own computer?
