    somehow im getting this error upon update and reinstallation .
    The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Hi @faospark, sorry to see you’re having trouble reinstalling.

    I take it you’re not trying to install from a local archive, but from the WordPress plugins pages directly? I have seen one cause recorded in the past being down to Burp Suite, so if you do have that installed it may need disabling.

    However, if you still receive the same error with all browser extensions and WordPress plugins disabled, it could be worth trying again in a browser that isn’t your usual choice. If none of those approaches work, let me know.
