the page didn't open in a new tab or window

Hello, when I clicked the icon, instead of opened in new tab or window, the social account opened in the same tab of the page I’m reading. This is fatal because I use the pop up subscribe feature. My reader is taken to my social media while they’re still reading the rest of the article.
I think I already set it right
