the page speed test still showing 0 on .g

  • I am using wp fastest cash plugin on my website and enabled all the settings but when I test my website in speed test tool it shows 0 next to the below :
    -Make fewer HTTP requests
    – Compress components with gzip
    – Add Expires headers

    in the plugin setting, the cashing and Gzip are already checked and enabled along with all other options.

    Please advise on this.
