The paid plug-in did not work at all.

  • i bought the plugin but i was greatly disappointed. I asked for help from the contact form and nobody returns. No communication at all. You need to add the category column to put the category system. I think that’s ridiculous. I don’t want links in the category. I remove links in all other columns, but there is no link removal in the category. Bulk order add-on does not have any place next to the products. I was greatly disappointed. Even free plug-ins are even more comprehensive.

    That’s unfortunate. I’ll give the plugin author a chance to reply then I will close this review.

    Pro versions cannot be supported in these forums and I do not want this review to turn into an attempt to help you here.

    What is wrong with the use of other means that will or will not buy? Doesn’t matter if you have a pro version or a free version? Again it is a wordpress supported plugin and I give information to other people here. I’m trying to reach people I can’t reach. This is the plugin you don’t want from the ones you want. This is the wordpress help page, you must accept any help requests.
    Please do not close the subject and let me reach the people I can’t reach. I have to solve my problem somehow.

    Thank you for contacting us. You contact us on Friday with a problem of activation, I replied to you. Then you wrote to us a second time on Saturday and left no choice to help today, in working day.

    According to the problem.
    1.

    Filter menu is not attached because the catalog menu is not attached. I would like to filter before the categories appear.

    The table requires to include categories to filter by. We mention about it in the documentation https://woobewoo.com/feature/filter-by-attributes/
    We can add an option to hide a column as we did for an attribute filter or add a checkbox “Show or hide link”
    As a variant, for now, while we working on adding this option, you can add 

    .wtbpContentTable tbody td.categories a {
  pointer-events: none;
}

    to the CSS Editor in Table.
    Links will not be clickable.

    2.

    Bulk order add-on does not have any place next to the products.

    In order to enable this option – move to the Features tab, enable “Add selected to cart” https://gyazo.com/a3d43f58c3061b9fce70d590f3b8194b
    If you still can not see checkboxes, maybe the template causes this issue, please provide us with a link to the page with a table do we can fix it.

    Not here, you’re not. That is not permitted by anyone; no customers cannot be supported on this site. That’s a hard rule that all plugin and theme authors have to comply with. I’m closing this review as the author was provided an opportunity to reply and did.
