The paid version doesn’t work properly and MoneyBack garantee is a lie

    I bought the premium version for 49 USD. However, two issues:

    1. The registration form prompts “xxx field cannot be left empty”, when that field is actually filled. I tested on my PC, mobile, someone else’s PC. Same issue. Basically the registration can never be completed.

    2. You could separate the registration form into two parts, a registration part and a profile part, and set customized titles – a nice feature. However, the title of the profile part also shows up on the Dashboard tab of My Account page, constantly.

    As it doesn’t work properly, I took another plugin and asked FME for refund – they advertise the premium plugin as “45 days MoneyBack”.
    But no reply. Simply quiet.
    I have been chasing them for 30 days, via Support email, via their online chat, via PayPal dispute.
    No reply. Just quiet.
    I have spent hundreds of dollars on wordpress plugins, and the experience with FME is by far the worst. Truly unbelievable.
