The password you enterred is incorrect

Hi guys,
I am having huge problems with Wordfence on a website.
I have the admin account, whitelisted my static ipaddress, enabled 2fa, however, i cannot login (i have not had this issue before).any attempt to email a lost password reset also fails to rectify the problem because as soon as i try to do this i then am presented with a new error…
“max failed logins please try again in 30minutes”
This has also continued to be an issue even after i reset wordfence back to defaults via other means of obtaining access to my admin account first.
how do i problem solve this?
