The PDF won’t attach in email

  • This worked pretty flawlessly for us for about a year, but it suddenly stopped attaching the report in the email submission a few months ago, and we haven’t been able to figure out how to get it back or what’s going on.

    It might be another plugin breaking something. What plugins do you have installed?

    There is also a checkbox in PDF file options that allows you turn off/on the attachment of the filled PDF to the email messages. Make sure that is checked.

    If nothing works, would you mind sending me a temporary wp-admin login info to admin at maximum dot software so that I can see if I can debug the issue.
