the photo disappears after update post or new post

  • Hi
    we have some weird problem after changing Host in OVH, like:

    – All the photos disappear in the Upload WP folder, but they are displayed on site!
    – Problem uploading a new photo in WP
    – Problem of removing the old photo when using it for the new post

    we also spoke with OVH support, but they said there is no problem in server, but we have this problem after changing the host, we uploaded Datebase manually, and now it’s been 2 weeks since we have problems in WP

    I deactivated the plugins too, and I checked database again…

    Hi @rezkashanirk,

    I have reviewed an error that mentioned in the screenshot as per the error message you need to give write permission for the “/home/ranginkany/www/wp-content/backup-db” folder.
