The piano charges infinitely

  • Hello !

    Thank you for this plugin! The virtual piano is very popular with visitors to my site.

    Since the last update, I have a problem with the plugin that I didn’t have before. The piano charges infinitely on first impression. For it to work, the page had to be refreshed between 3 and 6 times.

    I specify that I have excluded this rule from caching as you mentioned in a previous answer : wp-content/plugins/piano-block/build/view.js

    The problem persists even when disabling site caching…

    Can you help me ?

    Hi,

    When I access your site, some resources appear to be failing to load in the browser console. Try changing to the default theme and disabling all other plugins to narrow down the cause.

    I did a conflict test between my plugins on my site but the problem persists.

    I also tested another theme (Twenty Twenty-Four) and the problem persists.

    I just discovered that the loading problem prevented the instrument from being changed, even when refreshing the page.

    I don’t really know how long the plugin has been having this problem on my site, but I know that it worked normally before on my site.

    I will continue my research, otherwise I will unfortunately be forced to deactivate the plugin… If I find the answer, I will report it here.
