The place holder is not working

Thank you for sharing the links.

I have tried to replicate your issue on our staging site but I am unable to replicate it. To me, the placeholder is working fine on the frontend. Here is the screenshot for the same: https://prnt.sc/stk6qo.

So, to troubleshoot the issue, could you please inform us which theme are you using on your site? If it is not the default one (Storefront) then please try activating the default theme on your site and then check whether it solves the issue or not.

i checked again

it is working in english and not in my language Hebrew which is RTL
Maybe this is the reason? the plug in is not supporting RTL?

i understand whay was wrong
if the words are inside ” ” they will not appear

how to change the placeholder font? it is not the same as the section writing

Can you please try adding the below CSS code in the custom CSS file and then check whether it is working fine or not.

CSS Code:
::placeholder { /* WebKit browsers */
color: #fff;
}

Can you please try by adding in the file where the Custom CSS gets load like this plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/custom-css-js/ and then check how is it going.
