The Plugin “” appears to be abandoned

  • Wordfence scan advises “The Plugin “” appears to be abandoned”
    I can find no reference to this mysterious plugin.
    Is this a hidden item or is it a scan anomaly?

    Normally Wordfence would show this warning in the scan result if you have a plugin installed that hasn’t been updated in the past two years, check “Plugin appears to be abandoned” section in the plugin’s documentation for more information.

    It sounds like something wrong happened when the plugin was trying to retrieve the full list of plugins installed on your website, I’ll need to check the list of installed plugins to make sure what the problem was, please go to (Wordfence > Tools => Diagnostics) and click on “Send Report by Email” button at the top of the page, you can send the report to “alaa [at] wordfence [dot] com”, make sure to include your forum username, I will take a look at this report and let you know my findings.
