    Hello!
Now I logged into the admin panel and saw:

“The plugin block-bad-queries/block-bad-queries.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.”

I renamed the plugin folder and wanted to install the plugin again, but I got the message:

    “Plugin file does not exist.”

What is the problem with the plugin?

    Thanks

Hmm weird, haven’t heard of that before. Maybe try uninstalling the plugin, then re-downloading a fresh copy and try again? If you still get the error, you can get more information in the site’s error log.

When I tried to install the plugin, I got a message (in the screenshot). In the list of installed plugins BBQ disappeared altogether. I renamed the plugin folder and tried to install it again with no success. Other plugins update normally.

The error is “plugin does not exist”. I’ve not heard of it before (happening with BBQ), but it sounds like the plugin files are missing.

Yeah not sure. On default WordPress install, there are no errors. So it’s probably a conflict with some other plugin, or may be something that is happening on the server. Best advice would be to ask your web host for help, and/or do some basic troubleshooting. I would be glad to provide a guide if it will be useful for you.

In truth, the hosting is not very good, there are problems with FTP. FTP only works with the simplest Total Commander FTP client. Please give me a guide just in case. Thanks

OK, no problem. Your plugins are very good.
