    Hi

Thank you for the plugin. When I launched the website with the Hosting Operator, I got an IP. Then I bought an additional IP. Your plugin blocks the IP that I received from the Hosting Operator. Even though I added both IPs to the whitelist. Plugin shows: Exceeding the number of requests in 10 minutes: Counter at the time of exceeding:? [number here]

Hello. I will check the whitelist functionality.

    1. It is possible that what I wrote above is not an error. On this page:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=35G8wi02-70
you can find out that if our IP is added to the white list (Google/Yandex) and performs an prohibited action, we will be able to continue browsing the website and that our address will be on the list of blocked IP addresses. Although the video is about Premium options and Google/Yandex features, it may also be about the whitelist from the “Whitelist of IP addresses” section on this page:
    admin.php?page=nohackme_defender_parent
    2. Page:
    admin.php?page=nohackme_defender_stats
contains only: One minute and For 50 minutes
    and in the video:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l6LFvNn7RE8
it also says “10 minutes”. This isn’t a big mistake for me – I’m just writing to let you know.
    3. On this page:
    admin.php?page=nohackme_defender_logs
    Delete buttons do not work.

Yes, there was indeed an issue that caused the whitelist not to be used. Fixed.

    1. It is possible that what I wrote above is not an error. On this page:

No, the whitelist is not included in the list of premium features. It works without premium.

it also says “10 minutes”. This isn’t a big mistake for me – I’m just writing to let you know.

Yes, there was no 10-minute counter statistics. Added.

    admin.php?page=nohackme_defender_logs
    Delete buttons do not work.

Here, the check showed that everything works. Here is the link to the verification video:
    https://youtu.be/GK2wSzaT2pQ
    The delete button works.

The list of blocked IPs is located in the hackme_ban folder inside the uploads folder of your site. By default, this path is wp-content/uploads/hackme_ban relative to the root of the site. Each IP is a separate file in this folder. It is possible that the plugin does not have sufficient permissions to delete a file from this folder. Although this is strange since it had enough permissions to create the file.

As for the fixed functions, the new version of the plugin, with fixes, will be released tomorrow.

    Hi

I understand. There appears to be a plugin conflict. After disabling this Easy Table of Contents (Autor: Magazine3) plugin, the IP was successfully removed. I will add that CHMOD for the wp-content/uploads/hackme_ban folder and files seems to be ok.
