the plugin cannot connect to an existing google merchant account

You should be able to use your existing google account to sign up or log in to Merchant Center – https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/188924?hl=en&ref_topic=3163841&visit_id=637595675609217321-2236525207&rd=1

>You’ll need a Google Account (like Gmail) to sign up for Merchant Center. If you don’t have a Google account, go to accounts.google.com and click Create account.

When you’re ready, go to Merchant Center and sign in with your Google Account to get started.

Are you able to login in to the merchant center with your existing account?

The extension should work with existing MC accounts – provided they are linked to the google account you connected to Google Listings & Ads. I’ve even used an MC created using a different app.

If you can confirm that the google account used to connect your site is linked to the Merchant Center accounts you are trying to use that would be rule one thing out.

Could you also please check WooCommerce > Status > Logs for a google-listings-and-ads-xxxxxxx.log file and see if there is anything relevant within it?

– If you still have access to the WordPress admin dashboard, we’d like to take a look at your site’s logs for more details about the error.

To find the generated logs:

1. Go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs
2. In the top right corner, open the drop-down and select any critical error found there. – https://d.pr/i/tCljQd
3. Copy/paste the relevant part of the log into your response, so we can take a look.

A screenshot of the actual error would be helpful too.

Hello,
I installed the Google Listings & Ads plugin
The first time everything worked fine.
I managed to send a list to my Google Merchant account but there was some data missing for each products.

I deleted the Google Listings & Ads plugin and deleted the imported products in my Google Merchant account : https://snipboard.io/TsZ4Mo.jpg

Then I downloaded CTX Feed and Tatvic EE Plugin tried them and deleted both plugins.

Then I reinstalled the Google Listings & Ads plugin.
But now the plugin can’t connect to my Google Merchant account as you can see in this images (Connection impossible) : https://snipboard.io/Men1yP.jpg

Strangely I can see the 1st list uploaded in Google Listings & Ads plugin but it is now unable to connect to my Google Merchant account…
Apparently the plugin kept in memory the past actions (1st upload of product list)… ?

What can I do… ?
