The plugin changes site even when all widgets are disabled

  • I got the pro version and my woocommerce shop settings get changed any time the plugin is activated even with all the widgets turned off. Not only that but they override my other plugins.

    I wanted this plugin for the menu options but did not want it for its other widgets/settings. Looks like I wasted my money because I will have to deactivate it.

    We’re truly sorry to hear about the inconvenience you’ve experienced. However, what you’ve described shouldn’t be possible. Once the widgets are turned off, no code is loaded at all, and we don’t overwrite or interfere with the code of any other plugins. Breaking any third-party settings is something we take very seriously and is highly unlikely.

    We would never want our users to face any issues, and we’d love the opportunity to investigate this further for you.

    Should not be possible but it is. Ive already asked support. They sent me a new php file, didnt fix the actual plug-in. So, I cant get updates without it going back to the un-fixed plugin.
