    By default, there should be a replacement of quotes from ” to ?.
    The plugin makes a replacement for other quotes.

    You are using herringbone quotes?

    Not really, where did you face this issue? in Send SMS or Settings page?

    I ran into this problem in blog posts that were posted a long time ago. The quotes have been changed. Turned off the plugin, everything was back to normal.
    The same thing happened on another site.

    Everyone chooses himself quotes to his liking, it’s a matter of taste.
    WordPress translates into Christmas trees by default.

    Weird indeed, the plugin doesn’t have any filter or action on the_content()
