• The plugin could have proven useful, but I realized that all data (settings, forms) are erased when you log out (yes, the term used on the plugin is “log out”, not “disconnect and erase all your data”).

This issue is further compounded by the fact that the support disabled my support account when I raised this issue.

If someone knows of a 3rd party WP plugin that actually integrates well with Sendinblue, I am all ears.

Tips for everybody using this plugin : never ever click on the “log out” button.

    Hi @bvl,

Thanks for sharing the issue and please accept an apology in advance for the inconvenience caused.

I wasn’t able to replicate the issue when I checked this on a test site, the information was saved successfully.
I did however click on the Save button in all the actionable modals I was working on. See example here

What you are describing is that you logged out of your Sendinblue account without clicking on Save. Correct?

    Best Regards

    Hi @lephenixdelafamille,

No, I did save actually everything!
Because of another problem I am facing, new templates weren’t showing op in the select input boxes, I save everything and try to refresh the template list by logging out and logging in again. After everything I set was gone, even the title of the form was default again. This happend a few times before it daunted to me that it was caused by the logout/login.

    Best regards,
    Benny
