    Hi there,

    Most likely, a plugin archive was downloaded incorrectly.

    Try deleting the connector folder in the plugins folder and install the plugin once again.

    That has not resolved it, I am still unable to activate even if deleted manually.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your reply.

    Follow this path wp-content/plugins/store-manager-connector/smconnector.php and check if this code is present in the file –

    /*
    * Plugin Name: Store Manager Connector
    * Plugin URI: https://emagicone.com/products/store-manager-for-woocommerce/
    * Description: Store Manager Connector is a plugin, intended to connect Store Manager software to your WooCommerce store.
    * Author: eMagicOne
    * Author URI: https://emagicone.com/
    * Version: 1.1.3
    * Text Domain: store-manager-connector
    * Domain Path: /i18n
    * License: GPL version 2 or later – https://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/gpl-2.0.html
    */

    Also, please specify if you downloaded the module here on the marketplace or in our documentation?

    The error message you get can also appear if the wp-content folder has a custom name.
