The plugin does not have a valid header

    I’ve tried to install this plugin a couple of time but I get “The plugin does not have a valid header.” when I try to activate it.

    Hi @cherryanne,

    Sorry for the inconvenience. Could you let us know if you’re an existing user and trying to update it, or you’re installing for the first time?

    Also what versions of PHP and WordPress are you using?

    I have had the same issue. I love your plugin and am installing it on multiple sites. Here are the steps I take:

    Go to the plugins page.
    Search on Thumbpress.
    Click the install button.
    Then a WordPress error page pops up with a white box with text saying, “The plugin does not have a valid header.”Go back to the wp-admin page, which brings up the WordPress dashboard.
    Go to the Plugins page.
    Click the activate button for Thumbpress.
    Everything after that works as it should.

    This has happened on every website I have installed the plugin on, which is about 10 sites so far.

    Do you have any solutions?
