The plugin does not have a valid header.

    After update to version 4.0, i’m trying to install All in one seo pack, and i;ve got this error: The plugin does not have a valid header.. I don’t have the plugins lins in plugins page, but some plugins are in /wp-content/plugins folder.

    What should i do ?
