The plugin does not work as expected

  • I installed the pro version and it is not working. I can limit the maximum number of samples in settings but it simply does not work and the customer can add as many samples as he wants without any purchase even just paying the shipping. I posted the ticket on the plugin site but no solutions offered, they simply close the ticket. Request for a refund stays unanswered as well.
