The plugin does not work in any way

Good Morning
I just installed this plugin but I can not make it work in any way. I also installed WP Mail SMTP setting sending mails through phpmail. The test email arrives perfectly, but no mail notification from facebook plugin.For comments on the blog use Facebook Comment Alex Moss.
The e-mail field I left empty (the default is fine)
Where can I find the solution? Thank You
