the plugin doesn’t work

    Hi, when I use All proudcts slider shortcoede [woopspro_products_slider], it works. But when I use other shortcodes, there is no products. Even I have sale products and when I use sale shortcode, it still don’t show any products. I am using neve theme. How can I fix it?

    Please check if your site has actually sale products… also if you have any cache plugin purge it.
