    Hello @deryan12 ,

    Facebook/WhatsApp API Setup:
Go to your Facebook/WhatsApp app API setup. After generating your API token, select a test number and send a message to that number. In Step 2, you will see an option to send a test message—click on the button to send the test message. Verify that the message is received correctly.

    Confirm API is Ready:
If the test message is received without any issues, your Facebook/WhatsApp app is set up and ready for use.

    Plugin Configuration:

    Navigate to the plugin settings.
Under the General section, enter the necessary details.
Next, go to the Template section and select the hello_world template for the specific order status.
    Test the Setup:

Create a test order and update the order status to trigger the WhatsApp message.
Ensure that the message is sent correctly when the status changes.

    Important Notes:

During checkout, provide a test number that has been approved by Facebook.
You can add up to 5 phone numbers to the test app API. Only these approved numbers will receive notifications.
If you receive the hello_world template message correctly, your setup is working as expected.
Once confirmed, you can change the message template as needed and test each one individually.
If your message template includes more than 4 parameters, ensure that all parameters are passed correctly to avoid errors in message delivery.

    Thank you!

I’m using whatscart, because your plugin doesn’t work. I’ve used the same apis on both plugins, but yours doesn’t work.

    Hello @deryan12 ,

We’re not entirely sure why the plugin isn’t working as expected on your end. We haven’t received any support tickets related to the current version so far. We’ll continue to monitor this thread, and if any other users report similar issues, we can address it promptly. For now, we’ll keep the thread active, and after 2-3 days, we can mark it as resolved unless there are further?updates.
    Thank you!
