The plugin doesn't work for me

I have tried to enable it o https://www.infolotnicze.pl and it seems to e that it isn’t working. When I check on gtmetrix.com tle load time and other stuff without plugin and with plugin nothing is changing.
Is it possible that I do something wrong?
