The plugin doesn’t work properly and hangs

The plugin doesn’t work and it hangs when I click on Shipping Providers. Also, it doesn’t retrieve their logos and it goes into unlimited request loop. Below is one record in Nginx log, thousands of them. All other plugins work perfectly and my Nginx settings are fine, I never had any problem with other plugins.

PHP: 8.0
MySQL:Ver 15.1 Distrib 10.5.15-MariaDB, for debian-linux-gnu (x86_64) using readline 5.2
