    Hi @nooneinthetube

It seems that you’re using the Flatsome theme. Please make sure to disable the lazy-load option, as illustrated in the screenshot here: https://cln.sh/Hkw96kGm

If this adjustment doesn’t resolve the issue, please send the following details to support[at]sirplugin.com for further investigation:

    • A screenshot of the plugin settings page found under WooCommerce > Smart Image Resize
    • A site health report generated by going to the Tools menu > Site Health > Info tab. Click the “Copy site info to clipboard” button.

    Hello,

I did what you said but I can not understand if it’s working or not.

If I load an image with size 675 x 900 and I have set up a woocommerce single to 500 x 700 with crop border sixe 0 and tollerance 20& I pretend to have the image resized, the original blank space cropped and a new green background applied (just to try something I can easly check).

    But nothing happens

    Just to clarify:

    • The “Trim Whitespace” feature includes settings like “Border Size” and “Tolerance”. This feature is allows to automatically remove excessive whitespace around images. It’s important to note that this feature doesn’t involve cropping.
    • If you’re saying “nothing happens,” it’s likely because you’re viewing the original image, which remains unaltered. Instead, the plugin creates thumbnails based on the enabled options. To see the thumbnails in the WordPress admin, make sure you select the “Thumbnail” size in the settings page. Alternatively, you can view the thumbnails directly on the shop page. I haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved.
