The Plugin has stopped working

I have been unable to update the reviews for this website which comes as a huge disappointment when I was so pleased to have found this plugin. The free version did work for about 6 months but now it looks unprofessional. I keep getting an error code:

Error with wp_remote_post, error message:
cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 30001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

I have tried deactivating the plugin, tried setting it all up again and getting error after error after error. If I hear nothing else, I’ll just have to delete it but my clients will not be happy.
