    The plugin hides WordPress text editor buttons / text editor text goes white.

    The same occurs on both the Visual and Text tabs.

    This is with Facebook for WooCommerce plugin enabled, with the cache cleared and caching plugin deactivated.

    Tested with all plugins and Facebook for WooCommerce is the one causing this issue.

    Hi there,

    I’ve done testing on a few different personal sites with the Facebook for WooCommerce extension active, however have not seen the same issue. I have also searched but not found other reports of this.

    You said you “Tested with all plugins” — did you try with only WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce active? With only those active, please also temporarily switch back to the default Storefront theme and see if you still see the issue with only Woo + Facebook + Storefront. If not, then switch the theme back and re-enable plugins one by one until the issue returns.

    If you are still having trouble, please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your reply. Please note that since this is a public forum, you may want to remove any sensitive information that you don’t want shared publicly.
