• The plugin doesn’t find the content because it doesn’t have a base page to work with. It has no categories and tags.

My main frustration was the homepage not working even after I created the knowledge base and section.

The section added to the knowledge base does not appear on the page where you add the article.

After everything is done, I create the article, but there is still a message with a horrible red banner, saying that page does not have a knowledge base yet.

BasePress has a setup wizard as soon as you activate the plugin and it also offers you to create a sample knowledge base with data. And here’s how to create an entry page if you skipped it in the setup wizard.

Is it possible that as the error suggests, somehow the knowledge base was not created? Also, we are happy to help if you’d have given us a chance.

I hope you’d reconsider the rating. Thanks for trying BasePress

I have had the same problem. I’m using the WordPress Turnkey version in proxmox CT
I had to deactivate the plugring, re -install it from scratch and import the demonstration content and now if it has worked.

    Additional
Image import does not work if the SSL certificate is invalid. They should repair that since in development environments I am not interested that the certificate is valid
    Very good plugin

Not only am I having problems with this plugin. Did you see below your answer?
I could change the rating to zero stars but it’s not possible.
    I found a better plugin!

I’m using it two years ago. It’s a must. The problem is not in the Basepress but in the knowledge of the rest.
