    Hi,

    I’ve updated the Instagram Feed WordPress Plugin to the latest update which caused the plugin to be completely broken. I’ve reinstalled the plugin but no luck.

    Below are the details:
    – All Feeds tab: Only shows a blank page. There are vertical & horizontal scroll bars present, yet the horizontal bar shrinks (as if a wider page is loading) and then grows back on – and this continues forever.

    – Settings tab: Blank page with only a vertical scroll bar.

    – oEmbeds tab: Almost the entire page is broken with their names. Most buttons and words are displayed such as {{modal.title}}, {{modal.description}}, {{modal.cancel}}, and so on. The buttons or pop-ups do not work at all. Same situation at the About Us page.

    Facebook Feed tab: Says “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

    Sad to see this happen as I’ve been using this plugin so well. I’ve been waiting for months in hope of the error getting fixed during the updates but that wasn’t the case. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

    Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance and sorry to hear about this issue occurring with the plugin. Could you reach out to us via our support form so we investigate this further? In your support request please include any PHP logs, additional information about the problem, and if possible temporary administrator access so we can check on the issue directly on the site.

    It’s also possible that this is related to a problem with the database, so one possible solution would be to uninstall the plugin again, check the database for any tables whose name starts with wp_sbi_ and remove these if they exist, and then re-install.

    Hi, thanks for your reply – I’ve actually tried to reach out through the support form before writing on this forum, though the support form requires me to put a license key to submit a ticket – which I don’t have one since I’m using the free version. How should I get it processed?

    Also appreciate your suggestions for the database check, though I’ve went through my database files via FTP yet I don’t see any file or folder including wp_sbi_

    Thanks for your quick response – I’ve just submitted the ticket. Not sure why the Free option wasn’t appearing before but now it did!

    I also have the same problem, settings pages are blank and in oEmbed page you can see the vuejs template tags {{ … }}

    Sorry, I just disable adGuard adBlocker extension on my browser and now it works

    No, thank you very much, actually. My issue was the AdGuard as well! Just looked up regarding this matter and seems like others have experienced the same thing due to AdGuard flagging Smash Balloon as spam. Still don’t know how I didn’t suspect this as the reason. Thanks again for your help!
