The plugin is currently enabled in community mode,but there are no info comments

Hi, I’ve installed the plugin on a wordpress multisite.
Everything seems to be fine. There are no error alerts, but if I check on the source code of the site pages there aren’t any comments generated by the plugin. Furthermore the page-enhanced cache is note generated. DB cache and Object cache instead are working correctly.

On a local server with the some configuration and worpress configuration and theme the comments appear and the page cache is working.

I can’t find where the problem is. Any advice?

No, Cloudfire isn’t running.

I’ve found the problem
the issue was caused by this plugin “fix rss feed” (https://github.com/wp-plugins/fix-rss-feed) that was installed online once. After it was deactivate and deleted it didn’t remove its code from the file “wp-blog-header.php”
generating the conflict with W3 Total Cache
