    Hello!
    Im testing the plugin in my website.

    I had deleted a “test user” and trying to added again,
    But he plugin is not adding users that has been added previously.

    Is this a plugin issue? Or a mailchimp issue?

    Can you please specify what you mean when you say that you deleted a user? Did you remove their membership level, delete the User object in WordPress, change their status in the Mailchimp audience, or completely delete them from Mailchimp audience?

    Can you please find the subscriber in Mailchimp with your test user’s email address (if it exists) and let me know what status that subscriber has?

    The membership expired, then I had deleted the user object from WP.
    Mailchimp completely delete them too (not me).

    Yes, I had add them again by PMPro checkout process.

    Hello @saraelba,

    When a user is expired by Paid Memberships Pro, their status in Mailchimp should be changed to “unsubscribed”, though they should not be completely deleted from the Mailchimp audience. Do you see any users in your audience with an “unsubscribed” status, or are all of the contacts that you are seeing “subscribed”?

    If users are being completely deleted from Mailchimp upon being expired, then we will need access to your site so that we can see exactly what messages are being sent between PMPro and Mailchimp. If you would be interested in us taking a look at your particular website to look further into this issue, please sign up for an account at https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/pricing and open a new support ticket. A member of our support team will then be able to help you to debug and fix this behavior.

    In the meantime, can you please check whether you can manually add that user into your audience through the Mailchimp website?
