    I’ve setup the Google Merchant Center in full. I also have installed the Google Listings & Marketing plugin. But after a week still nothing is synchronizing.

    What else is there to do? I believe my plugin page should change to an overview page of my products.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Looking at the second screenshot, it seems there was an issue with the Google Merchant Center connection.

    To resolve this, I recommend you completely disconnect the current connection and set it up afresh. Here’s how:

    • Go to this debug page: example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page (replace example.com with your domain)
    • Under Merchant Center, click MC Disconnect
    • Under Google Account, click Disconnect Google Account
    • Go to Marketing > Google Listing & Ads and initiate a fresh connection.

    Hello @ckadenge,

    Thanks, I did what you suggested, but it end up the same. When I click on “start listing products” the plugin shows me screenshot 2 again and that’s it.

    It looks like you haven’t set up a Google Ads account yet. Would you mind creating one and linking it to your merchant account to see if it makes a difference?

    It makes no difference. Still the same screen, with the only difference that is now says Google ads Connected and shows my account number.

    Oh there was another change. I could not skip the buy of an ad and, that fished the install.

    For better assistance, can you provide screenshots of the product tabs in Marketing > Google Listings and Ads > Product Feed Tab.

    Do you mean everything is working fine now? For better assistance, can you provide screenshots showing the issue on your end?

    Additionally, did you receive an email from Google regarding the competition of the review process?

    Can you share a copy of the following:

    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log related to Google Listings and Ads found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.
