I’m trying to add several cities like Cairo, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Amman, Jerusalem, and Damascus. But the plugin is not showing the dropdown menu in the elemenator page builder or widget section neither.

Please advise and what I should do to fix it?

    Thanks

    Hello kambad,

Elementor is acknowledged that has a conflict with our .js.

Please check for the solution here: (set the widget in a regular method)

Thanks dears, I agree with you about the issue and I tried to use the widget way to generate the code I need for cities but it’s not showing the dropdown menu, it’s just showing the loading sign and nothing more.

    What I should do next?

    Hello,

Please add the widget in a sidebar or footer, in the admin panel, with a default location, and then send us the link to your website (front page, not the admin panel), so we can examine the issue, if possible.

    Hello,

There’s no issue with drop-down on front page, so there cannot be any issues with drop down in admin panel.
Set the locations the regular way, as mentioned before, in admin panel, and everything should function properly.

You might have an other issue with caching, as you are displaying cached pages to users, meaning you are not displaying fresh data, but previously saved pages.

    Dears,

The drop-down menu is not working on the front page and in the admin panel. I did delete the cache several times and tried different browsers but the result is the same. The drop-down menu just spinning. I don’t know what’s the problem. Please advise

    Hello,

We can not advise further, as the drop-down is working properly.
Try different browsers, as a non-logged user.

As for Elementor, read a fore posted reply.

Yes dears, it turned to be an issue with my browser. I did uninstall it and then tried after a fresh install and it’s working just fine.

    Thanks a lot
