the plugin is not working on my page

    I installed and configured all the settings properly as advised . still its not showing the table of contents in my page .
    the page has page breaks and I have inserted headings h2 after each page break .
    please resolve . badly need it

    Please navigate to the Table of Contents admin page and change the “Show when” option from 3 to 1.

    Anyway how can I make it always visible as I scroll down the page ?
