    SMS are being sent twice for the same reason. First when payment is processed and then when status changes from pending to processing. Customer and admin phones are receiving the same message twice. It’s consumng a lot of credits and sending repeated messages to customers. Please, I need a solution. I just checked and I couldn’t find any hook or filter to fix this issue.

    This plugin sends messages whenever “woocommerce_order_status_changed” action is triggerred.

    As you can see in order notes, Razorpay successful payment note is also added twice. This particular note is not added by our plugin, rather its added by Razorpay plugin as you can check here on line 1360.

    This means the action is being triggerred twice.

    We suggest you to try with different payment gateway/COD and check if you are facing this issue there as well?

    Also we checked Razorpay plugin support forum, and i can see similar issues for multiple emails being sent to customer.

    We suggest to raise this multiple order note issue to @razorpay

    Once this is resolved, sms will be sent only once.
