The plugin is sending wrong e-mails

This is the only template or campaign I currently have – https://gyazo.com/df1d874acb78df2a2f614d65b9b5a597 which is sending either good e-mails: https://gyazo.com/4ff203e46f8d64d802123219725b1933 but also multiple e-mails like this: https://gyazo.com/e0cff0ad90723dd28b430aadfbc761ae

What can be the issue? I really don’t want to send blank e-mails which are basically spam.
