The plugin is showing nothing.

    Hello there.

    I recently installed the plugin but when I access it from the menu in the dashboard (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=lifterlms) there is nothing showing just the notification to set up the checkout settings tab.

    And when I try to click the link there it says Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

    Please help.

    I think I found out that it is because of the capability of a user in codes but I’m viewing as an administrator and it is still not showing.

    Are you sure you’re an administrator on the site?

    That error seems to mean that you’re not allowed to access the page. Could you go to users >> Profile and check the role on that account? If possible, send a screenshot as well. You can share the link to the screenshot here.

    I fixed the issue. I deleted all the data of the plugin and did a fresh install.
