the plugin not doing anything

2. What is your file manager version?

3. What is the permission of your server/hosting files?(You can find more on file permission here.)

my WordPress version 4.8.2
file manager is the last one on wordpress
permission is 755

The screenshot indicates that either your permission is not correct or the owner of the file/folders is not www-data:www-data.

It is a problem with your hosting or your settings.

Could you please contact your hosting provider with the issue and ask them to set the permission of your file/folder to 755 and set the owner of file/folders to www-data:www-data.

i am the owner of the hosting and i am sure of the permissions cause i check it before i post this several times
i am the owner and the developer
