the plugin not working

    the add on does not work for me. As requested I set the Live Account, Sandbox Account, the Cancel URL and the Return URL. create a new form set up the Item Description and price.

    when I hit submit, the email from contact form works but the form never go to paypal or do nothing.

    only stall in the loading icon.

    i Found this answer from the plugin author, and didn’t work for me.

    Hi dwcamitchell,

    It seems that for some reason the PayPal live/sandbox mode setting got lost. Please go the the settings page and select either the live or sandbox radio button then save the page. That should fix the problem.

    Hi,

    The problem is that some other plugin that you have installed is breaking the JavaScript that is used by the plugin. Try disabling other add on plugins for Contact Form 7 and see if that fixes the problem.
