    Dear Support,

    Behavior:
    1. “Yoast SEO” plugin automatically opens the “Preview Page” in new tab if I edit any WooCommerce product or if I change any visual block on product’s in editor.

    Hi @web13

We’re sorry to hear that you’re encountering this issue. Just to clarify, if you were to perform a conflict check and only have the latest versions of Yoast SEO 18.0, WooCommerce, and Divi Builder/Theme enabled, are you able to reproduce this issue?

    Hi @mikes41720

I’ve made all as you recommended:
    – Enabled Troubleshooting Mode via the plugin
    – Enabled only Yoast SEO 18.0 and WooCommerce
    – Divi Builder/Theme enabled

    Results:
    1. If I open any page or product for editing then “Preview Page” opens automatically in new tab.
    2. The same behavior happens if I change any visual block in Divi Editor on pages or products.
    3. Pages and products in the “Preview Page” show content.

I guess that the item 3 happens due to cache.
Cache plugin is WP Fastest Cache 0.9.8

    Hi @web13

We enabled troubleshooting mode in the Health Check plugin and with just the Divi theme, and Yoast SEO 18.1 and WooCommerce as the 2 plugins enabled, we tried to edit an existing product, but it didn’t result in opening any sort of “preview page” in a new tab.

If troubleshooting mode was enabled, any caching plugins should also be deactivated.

We recommend that you open a bug report for this issue – https://yoast.com/help/how-to-write-a-good-bug-report/

    Hi @mikes41720

I’ve found an issue regarding Divi Builder and Yoast SEO and added my comment there:
    https://github.com/Yoast/wordpress-seo/issues/15414

I am not alone with this issue.

    Hey @web13,

You’ve replied in a Github issue specifically having issues regarding the “Visual Products Configurator suite of plugins” – are you using those too?

I have once again run the latest Divi (4.14.8 ), latest Yoast SEO (18.2), and latest WooCommerce (6.2.1) on WordPress 5.9.1 – in a local test environment, and can’t replicate any of the issues you are encountering.

I can edit products in the front – and backend Divi builder. I can update its content in a draft or published product. Saving works and clicking the “Preview changes” button after a change, opens it up in a new tab (which is expected) and shows the changes in there. I’m not familiar with the “Preview Page” function, where do you see that?

If you continue having issues with Divi itself, I would recommend reaching out to the Elegant Themes support team to check whether it’s something specific for your site/setup.

One thing I can think of maybe is checking the Divi builder setting under Divi > Theme Options > Builder > Advanced > “Enable The Latest Divi Builder Experience” – is that Enabled on your site? It is in our test environment.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi @jeroenrotty

    1. Discussion with Divi support:
Divi: The problem could be caused by a 3rd party plugin or some conflict with other codes, can you please try enabling the Safe Mode from the Support Center and see if the issue is fixed?`

Me: In the Safe Mode the issue is non-reproducible.
In normal mode the issue is non-reproducible if Yoast SEO is disabled.

Divi: Then the issue is with some 3rd party plugin or the child theme. Are you using a child theme on the site? If yes, please switch to the parent theme and see if that helps.
If not, you can disable all 3rd party plugins and check if it’s working. If it works, you can try enabling them one by one to see which one is causing the issue.

    2. Divi builder setting under Divi > Theme Options > Builder > Advanced > “Enable The Latest Divi Builder Experience” – is Enabled

    Additionally:
Sometimes this issue was reproducible on Pages too, until I disabled auto-save.

    Hey @web13,

I’m sorry to say that I’m unable to further guess where these issues are originating from. It might be just customization or a specific Divi setting, a (child)theme issue, or a plugin at stake. It’s hard to tell without being able to troubleshoot on a site where we can replicate this behavior such as a staging site of yours.

This said I believe we’ve hit the limit of our possibilities here on the .org forums. Please consider upgrading to Premium which includes personal email support where we can then check on a staging site of yours. Thank you.
