Best wallet plugin after 1.05 version update!

  • Update review for version 1.05:
    Based on the below feedback, the developer has added all the options, which is great. I have changed the ratings to 5 star from the earlier 3 star. Couple of more suggestions to the developer:
    1. When we keep “Auto deduct wallet balance for partial payment” unchecked, the checkout page does not show how much is the wallet balance and how much the customer has to pay the remaining balance unless they move the cursor to info icon, where if we force to use the wallet it shows in text. If this also can show as text at the bottom it will be a great user experience.
    2.Add some Product Image / Icon, when the wallet is in Cart
    3. In the checkout page under products, it shows “Wallet Topup x 1”, you can remove this functionality (x1) unless we do fixed top up like 500, 1000 etc.

    Thanks to the developer for actively responding to the feedback.

    Review for version 1.04:
    This plugin works properly but I have found a bug plus lot of other improvements are needed to use this properly. During the testing process, when I try to add wallet cash, it applies my default standard tax at 12%, which should not be. And the usability of adding gift cash is cumbersome as the page does not have any option to search customers, it just has name sorting and each page shows only 15 records. If you have to find a customer, it might take you several hours or minutes as you have to go page by page.

    Also if I click the plugin home page, it takes me to WC Wallet plugin. I am not sure if both plugins are made by a single company / individual.

    First of all, our sincere apologies for that fact that you have had such a bad experience with our plugin. That is certainly not the impression we want our users to have and hence it’s needless to say that we are utterly disappointed we didn’t work out for well enough you!

    Yes, you are absolutely right that there should be an option for admin from where admin can set top-up product is taxable or not. We will definitely add this option to our next update. And also we will add search field in user wallet balance details page by a customer for more usability.

    Now, that being said, it is really unfortunate that you have not given us the chance to assist you with whatever difficulties you might have experienced. Unfortunately, using the rating system to get support faster or better than the users using a more ethical means will not hold better support.

    The above issues are resolved in version 1.0.5 please have a look.

    It will be better for us that when you face any issues or need some enhancement create a support thread rather than submit in hear.
