The plugin works with cyrillic characters now!

Hello everybody,
We had the problem that “Better anchor links” does not work with Cyrillic (Russian) characters. We changed the source code in terms of transliteration, now it works.
Perhaps you can use it for your next update.
The modified rows are marked with: //!
