The Popup does not work on all pages

    Hi!
    WP – 4.8.2
    Theme – Divi
    Popup Maker Plugin – latest version

    Created a Disclaimer that opens by clicking on the words “You are responsible for your security.” in the footer on each page.

    Markup Code:

    <div>
<p><a href="https://site.com/">Site.com</a>bla-bla-bla <a id="cs-click-disclaimer">You are responsible for your security.</a></p>
</div>

    Plugin settings:
    1) Conditions -> Conditions are used to limit where and who will see a popup. -> All Pages
    2) Triggers -> Triggers are what make your popup open. -> Click Open -> Extra Selectors: #cs-click-disclaimer

    PROBLEM:
    The link is active only on some/few pages, on many pages these words are non clickable, and pop-up does not work.
    Markup on all pages is the same.

    I installed this popup with simple sign up form from wp and they dont send the email address to the destination. They appear visible as they were edited, though. But the email addresses entered for subscription never arrive the destination email address.
